You can delete your Dreamie Planner account at any time, directly from the app or by contacting us.
Option 1: Delete Your Account from the App (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly in the Dreamie Planner app by following these steps:
- Open Dreamie Planner
- Log in to your account
- Go to side menu
- Select Settings >Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Enter your account password
- Read the confirmation message and tap Confirm to delete
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us.

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include the following information in your email:
- The email address used to register your Dreamie Planner account
- A short message stating that you want to delete your account
Our support team will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Your account information (email, user ID)
- All events, plans, and reminders stored online
- Any synced or cloud-stored data associated with your account
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
If You Didn’t Register an Account
If you used Dreamie Planner without registering:
- Your data is stored locally on your device only
- Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will permanently remove all your information
No server-side deletion is required.
